It might be challenging to him for awhile but he should be able to get the hang of it eventually. My kid got that last year shortly after her 3rd birthday and mastered it with a large library of games before her 4th birthday rolled around. It was a challenge at first and she needed some help from mommy but she was persistant with it and is quite good now.
